What is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination is an NDIS-funded service that helps you:

When to Consider Specialist Support Coordination
If you have more complex needs or face significant barriers to accessing services, our Specialist Support Coordinators step in with advanced problem-solving and advocacy skills. This service is suitable for participants who:
- Have frequent changes in support needs
- Experience crisis or unstable housing
- Need help navigating legal, mental health or child protection systems
- Require specialist support during transitions (e.g. SIL, justice or hospital discharge)
